Ergonomie und Arbeitssicherheit

Zusammenfassung

Diese Veröffentlichung versucht die grosse Bedeutung der Ergonomie für die menschengerechte Gestaltung der Arbeit sowie für die Förderung der Arbeitssicherheit aufzuzeigen. Angehend von der Begriffsbestimmung und den Aufgaben der Ergonomie werden die Methoden der Arbeitsgestaltung kurz dargelegt.

Schliesslich wird gezeigt, dass die Ergonomie dazu dienen muss, nicht nur bestmögliche Lösungen für die menschengerechte Gestaltung der Arbeit zu finden, sondern auch gewährleisten muss, dass diese Lösung hinsichtlich Arbeitssicherheit ein Optimum darstellen.

Résumé

Cette publication essaye de démontrer la grande importance de l'ergonomie pour la réalisation du travail à la mesure de l'homme et la promotion de la sécurité du travail.

Partant de la définition et des tåches de l'ergonomie, on expose brièvement les méthodes de réalisation du travail.

Enfin, on montre que l'ergonomie doit servir non seulement à trouver les meilleures solutions pour la réalisation du travail à la mesure de l'homme, mais aussi à garantir parallèlement une sécurité du travail optimale.

Summary

This publication stresses the emphasis given to the ergonomic aspects in humanization of work and in the-promotion of occupational health and safety.

Based on the definition of terms and the ergonomic goals, the author briefly explains the methods of the organization of work.

Finally it is shown that ergonomy has to serve not only to find solutions which suit best the humanization of work but also to optimize the efforts in occupational health and safety.
