Summary

Thin-layer and column high-performance liquid chromatography based on amino propyl-modified silica gel using aqueous and non-aqueous mobile phases containing organic modifier and cationic or anionic ion-pairing reagents were used for the determination ofRF andk values of some sulfonamides. The influence of the different organic modifiers and ion-pairing reagents on retention has been compared.
