Summary

Using dichloromethane:ethanol:water as the mobile phase, 2-thiouracil, 4-methyl 2-thiouracil, and 4-propyl 2-thiouracil were separated on a 30 cm column packed with silica gel.

Zusammenfassung

2-Thiouracil, 4-Methyl-2-thiouracil und 4-Propyl-2-thiouracil werden mit Dichlormethan:Äthanol:Wasser als mobile Phase auf einer 30 cm Kieselgelsäule einwandfrei getrennt.
