Summary
Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography of various streptavidin samples is compared with electrophoretic results. A quantitative method is demonstrated with the characteristics of 3.6% rel. standard deviation and detection limit near 50ng/injection. Shortcomings and benefits of Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography are discussed in respect to the evaluated results.
