Summary
Isocratic elution from a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic column was used to separate several flavonol glycosides of wines after a preparative isolation which includes column, paper and thin-layer chromatographic procedures. The method has been applied to the separation and identification of flavonol glycosides in wines from different regions in Spain.
