Summary

A vacuum distillation-gas chromatographic procedure employing 2-methoxy-ethanol as carrier solvent is described for the determination of residual solvents in propellant casting powders and various oordite compositions.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein aus Vakuum-Destillation und Gas-Chromatographie zusammengesetztes Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Lösungsmittel-Resten in Treibmittel-Giesspulver und verschiedenen Kordit-Gemischen beschrieben. Als Träger-Dampf wird 2-Methoxyäthanol verwendet.

On décrit un procédé de distillation sous vide — chromatographie en phase gazeuse pour la détermination des solvants résiduels dans des poudres de moulage de propulsants et dans différentes compositions de cordite. Le solvant employé était le 2-méthoxy-éthanol.
