Zusammenfassung

Die Image-zytophotometrische DNA-Analyse gibt auch retrospektiv im Paraffinschnitt Informationen über das biologische Wachstumsverhalten von Mammakarzinomen, was einen Vorteil gegenüber dem nur am Gefrierschnitt nachweisbaren Ki 67 darstellt. Eine c-neu-Überexpression ist gehäuft mit einem tetraploiden Chromosomensatz assoziert.
