Summary
Vitamin B2 was enriched by liquid-solid extraction from large volumes of aqueous samples on a short precolumn. The enriched compounds were transferred onto an analytical reversed-phase column and separated by ion-pair chromatography. The equipment used provides the possibility of automation for routine analysis.
