Über einen Fall von Stillscher Krankheit

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen zur Obduktion gekommenen Fall vonStillscher Krankheit bei einem 11jährigen Knaben berichtet. Bei der pathologischanatomischen Untersuchung konnten im wesentlichen bisher erhobene Befunde bestätigt werden; vor allem beobachteten wir die Kardinalsymptome wie Milztumor, Lymphdrüsenschwellung, Perikarditis, Erkrankung des periartikulären Gewebes und auch die unspezifischen Infiltrate in den sog. Rheumaorganen. Zwei neuartige Befunde wurden erstmalig beschrieben; nämlich eine Aortitis und Arteriitis der großen Gefäße sowie Zottengelenke. Die vorhandene Tuberkulose kann nicht als Ursache derStillschen Krankheit angesehen werden.
