Beitrag zur Witterungsklimatologie Südafrikas

Zusammenfassung

Es werden die Hauptwitterngstypen des südafrikanishen Hochlandes besprochen und eine tabellarische Übersicht ihrer Häufigkeit für Pretoria sowie verschiedene Häufigkeitsverteilungen für Temperatur und Niederschlag gegeben. Mit Hilfe dreitägig übergreifender Mittel- und Häufigkeitsverteilungen werden der normale jahreszeitliche Witterungsgang und die Hauptsingularitäten für Pretoria besprochen.

Summary

The main weather types of the South African high veld are discussed and a table of their occurence in Prtoria is given. Various frequency tables for temperature and precipitation are presented. Overlapping three day meas for temperature and precipitation for Pretoria form the basis for the discussion of the normal yearly weather variations and the more pronounced singularities.

L'auteur examine les différents types de temps du hautplateau sud-africain dont il représente la fréquence à Prétoria par des tableaux synoptiques. Il présente aussi diverses répartitions de fréquence de la température et des précipitations. A l'aide de moyennes glissantes de trois jours de ces deux éléments, il discute la marche saisonnière du temps et les principales singularités à Prétoria.
