Zusammenfassung

Durch kurzzeitige Applikation von gasförmigem Tetrachlorkohlenstoff während Leberperfusion tritt eine rasche und reversibel verlaufende Gallesekretionshemmung ein. Diese Hemmung könnte auf Veränderungen von Transport- oder Permeabilitätseigenschaften der Leberzellmembran durch CCl4 zurückgeführt werden.
