Zusammenfassung

Untersuchung der Wirkung von essentiellen Fettsäuren auf die Kontraktion des isolierten Meerschwein-Ileums ergab, dass besonders die direkten Vorläufer von Prostaglandin E1 und E2, nämlich Dihomo-γ-Linolensäure und Arachidonsäure, aktiv sind.
