Abstract

The problem of the flow of a viscoplastic medium between two parallel circular plates in translatory coaxial relative motion is solved. The Bingham model [1] of a viscoplastic medium is assumed. The problem is solved in the inertialess thin layer approximation [2] for arbitrary values of the viscosity coefficient and yield stress.
