Akute aleukämische Lymphadenose

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Fall von aleukämischer Lymphadenose mitgeteilt mit vorwiegender Beteiligung von Leber, Milz, Nieren und Magen, während die Lymphdrüsen wenig vergrößert sind, aber histologische typischen Befund ergeben. Im allgemeinen bestand dauernd Leukopenie und nur durch äußere Einflüsse traten vorübergehend erhöhte Leukocytenzahlen auf. Höchstzahl 25 000, niedrigste Zahl 800. Die im Vordergrunde stehende Anämie wurde durch eine einmalige Transfusion weitgehend gebessert.
