Zusammenfassung

Der Nemwert ganzer Schlachttiere richtet sich nach der Art des Tieres und nach dem Ausmästungsgrade. Kälber können mit 2,5 Kn pro Kilogramm, magere Schafe und Schweine mit 3,0 fette Ochsen und Lämmer mit 4, fette Schafe und Schweine mit 5,0 Kn pro Kilogramm Lebendgewicht eingeschätzt werden.
