Study of the chlorination of CH4 and CD4 in a CO2 laser beam

Abstract

The chlorination of CH4 and CD4 has been studied under CO2 laser radiation. Measurements of the kinetic isotope effect indicate the separation of chain initiation and chain propagation regions under these conditions.

Изуч⪟на реакция хлорирования CH4 и CD4 под действием излучения CO2 лазера. На основании измерения кинетического изотопного эффекта показано, что в этих условиях имеет место разделение зон зарождения и продолжения цепи.
