Abstract
An estimate is presented of the minimal magnitudes of the dispersion of natural and engineering amplitude fluctuations and of the natural width of the spectral line of conventional and quartz self-excited oscillators; the estimates correspond to the optimal magnitude of the feedback. A comparison of the results obtained with well-known experimental data is carried out.
