  1. Lansburgh wijst er terecht op dat de meeste voorstanders van Devisen-politiek dit vergeten.

  2. Hierbij is gerekend dat iedere kleine coupure in circulatie, een even groote waarde aan metaal naar de Rijksbank gebracht heeft, zoodat de kleine coupures zoowel van het metaal bezit als van de biljetten circulatie afgetrokken zijn.
