Former professor, then Director of the Centre d'Orientation Scolaire et Professionnelle in Morocoo. Since 1962, he has carried out, as a Unesco expert, numerous educational planning missions in Central Africa and Iran.

Responsible for drawing up of annual plans for primary education, the Armée du Savoir and Tribal education. She has also participated in preparing the education chapter of the fourth and fifth five-year plans.
