  1. Belangstellenden in cijfers, de spaarbanken betreffende, worden verwezen naar de Jaarcijfers voor 1913, waarbij echter op te merken valt (zie noot 1 blz. 144) dat niet meer dan omstreeks de helft der spaarbanken inlichtingen gaf: voor 1912, van de 52, slechts 28. Op dit punt, dat te denken geeft, kom ik terug.

  2. Achtereenvolgens zijn de statuten telkenreis 15 malen gewijzigd. De 1e keer den 21n Januari 1858, de laatste maal den 23n Februari 1910.
