Graduated as an officer from the Army Officer School in 1950, and as a psychologist from the University of Copenhagen in 1959. Principally occupied with teaching, testing, evaluating and pedagogical psychology at the Defence Centre for Leadership. Has carried out research in the field of social psychology inside the armed forces.
