Activation of saturated hydrocarbons by chloride complexes of Ru(IV) in aqueous solutions of chromic acid

Abstract

Chloride complexes of Ru(IV) promote the oxidation of paraffin hydrocarbons in aqueous solutions of chromic acid. The relationship between the rate of propane oxidation and the concentration of C1 ions, Ru(IV) and Cr(VI) has been studied. A kinetic equation of the reaction has been proposed.

Хлоридные комплексы Ru(IV) ускоряют окисление парафиновых углеводородов в водных растворах хромовой кислоты. Изучена зависимость скорости реакции окисления пропана от концентрации ионов Cl, Ru(IV), Cr(VI); предложено кинетическое уравнение реакции.
