Summary
Studies using inoculum suspensions prepared from single nodules of Casuarinaceae suggest that more than oneFrankia strain may be found in some nodules. Evidence is also presented to support the concept of intergeneric specificity in host-Frankia relations in the family Casuarinaceae.
