Zusammenfassung

Die prinzipielle Konstruktion eines neuen Mikrotoms zur Herstellung ultradünner Schnitte wird beschrieben. Mit diesem Mikrotom sind Schnitte hergestellt worden, die dünner als 100 Å waren.
