Ein Beitrag zur Klinik und Therapie der intralobären Lungensequestration

Zusammenfassung

Die Lungensequestration wird in steigender Häufigkeit entdeckt. Es wird über drei eigene Fälle berichtet und ein kurzer Rückblick über die klinischen und therapeutischen Gesichtspunkte der Anomalie gegeben. In einem Fall wird die äußerst seltene Kombination einer Lungensequestration mit gleichzeitig bestehender Diaphragmalhernie (Bochdalekschen Hernie) und deren operative Beseitigung beschrieben.

Summary

Lung sequestration is being discovered with increasing frequency. Three cases are reported and a short review of the clinical and therapeutic aspects of this anomaly is presented. One case describes the extraordinaryly seldom combination of lung sequestration with a diaphragmatic hernia of the Bochdalek Type and the operative correction.
