Die Candidamykose der Lunge und der derzeitige Stand der Therapie

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Klinik und Therapie der Candidamykose sowie über die Ausführung der bei uns erstmals eingeführten Methode der Instillation von Moronal direkt in das Tracheobronchialsystem berichtet. Man instilliert 1–2mal täglich 2 cm3 Moronal intratracheal. Es wird die im Handel befindliche Moronal-Reinsubstanz 500000 E (Heyden) in 10 cm3 Aqua destillata gelöst und hiervon 2 cm3 instilliert, dies entspricht 100000 E. Die Verfasserin zeigt den Erfolg an zwei ausgewählten Fällen.

Summary

The clinical observations and therapy with respect to Candidia mycosis is reviewed in conjunction with the report of our new method employing the installation of Moronal directly into the trachio-bronchial system. 2 cm3 Moronal is inserted intratrachially 1–2 times daily. The commercially available Moronal, in its pure state, in doses of 500,000 units (Heyden), is dissolved in 10 cm3 of distilled water, and 2 cm3 of this solution is instilled; this represents 100,000 units. The author describes the results obtained from two selected cases.
