Jerome Cline is a former senior scientist at Abt Associates in Cambridge, Mass., Where he was director of the national evaluation of Follow-Through. Currently he is President of the New England Educational Research Organization. Later this year he will assume the post of Professor of Educational Research at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Va.
