Ronald D. Henderson, on leave from the University of Florida, is Head, Desegregation Studies Staff, National Institute of Education. His professional experience includes teaching and consulting from elementary school through graduate school, and he has published widely.
Mary von Euler is an attorney serving with the Desegregation Studies Staff of NIE. She has been on the staff of the late Senator Hubert Humphrey, taught in public secondary schools in Connecticut and Maryland, and has done research in Economics at the Brookings Institution, Washington, D.C.
