Zusammenfassung

Bei der Reaktion zwischen einer Lösung von Gallert-hüllensubstanz und Extrakt von Seeigeleiernin vitro werden u.a. Nukleoproteinc ausgefällt. Die Reaktion wird durch Behandlung der Gallerthüllensubstanz mit Spermatozoen oder durch Ultraviolettbestrahlung aufgehoben.
