Zusammenfassung

Das Alkaloid Vincaleukoblastine (VLB) wurde als Base bei Anwendung der Wilzbach-Technik titriert. Die Verbindung, bis zur konstanten Aktivität gereinigt, enthielt kein Dihydro-VLB mehr. Das Alkaloid, als Sulfatsalz dem Tritium unterworfen, inkorporiert die Substanz nur geringfügig, wobei das Tritium enhaltende Dihydro-VLB ensteht.
