Zusammenfassung

Vier verschiedene Methoden zur Gewinnung von Lochfolien für elektronenmikroskopische Belange werden beschrieben. Damit lassen sich unter anderem leicht Anzahl der Löcher pro Flächeneinheit und Lochdurchmesser variieren, so dass eine weitgehende Anpassung der Filmqualität an die sonstigen Versuchsbedingungen ermöglicht wird.
