Täglich lokal verabreichte eiweissfreie Fraktionen des hypothalamischen Extraktes zu adenohypophysären Autotransplantaten in die vordere Augenkammer hypophysektomierter Ratten hemmte die Schilddrüseninvolution und stimulierte möglicherweise den Vorgang bei Nebenniere, Hoden und Samenbläschen.
