Zusammenfassung

Der Cholesteringehalt der subzellulären Komponenten von Lebergewebe verschiedener Tierarten wurde untersucht. Die subzellulären Fraktionen bestanden hauptsächlich aus Mitochondrien und waren relativ frei von Mikrosomen.
