Summary
The excretion and storage of xylane sulphuric acid esters which inhibit blood clotting, was investigated in rabbits by using radioactively labelled preparations (S35). A specific storage was shown in different organs (liver, kidney, spleen), the extent of which increased considerably with the grade of polymerisation of the preparations while the excretion was correspondingly less.
