Abstract
An algorithm for computing the discriminants of multilinear forms is given. A technique for computing the degeneracy conditions and other invariants ofn-ary forms is developed. An integral transform with respect to forms of degree 3 and higher (analog of the Gauss transform for quadratic forms) is introduced.
