Zusammenfassung

Die Beeinflussung des Patienten zu guter Mitarbeit wird durch psychische Interaktionen zwischen Zahnarzt und Patient bewirkt und besitzt persönlichen Charakter. Aus eigener klinischer Erfahrung werden 12 Schwerpunkte angeschnitten, die dabei besondere Bedeutung besitzen.

Summary

Influencing patients to improve co-operation results from psychic interactions between the dentist and the patient, and has a character of its own. From personal experience 12 important points are mentioned.

Amener le patient à une bonne collaboration dépend de l'influence que le dentiste exerce psychiquement et individuellement sur son patient. D'après l'expérience clinique, on relève particulièrement 12 aspects importants dans ce domaine.
