Methodenobjektivierung zur Erfassung der Gesamtkontaktfläche und Anzahl okklusaler Kontakte in statischer Okklusion

Zusammenfassung

Die okklusalen Zahnkontakte eines Gebisses wurden mit Hilfe einer neuen Methode metrisch analysiert. Der besondere Vorteil dieser Methode besteht darin, daß die Zahnkontakte unmittelbar am Probanden registriert und anschließend mit Hilfe der teleplanimetrischen Meßvariante ausgewertet werden. Aus der fehlerrechnung geht hervor, daß die Methode zu reproduzierbaren und weitgehend objektiven Ergebnissen führt. An 84 Probanden mit einem Durchschnittsalter von 16,9±3,7 Jahren wurden die Gesamtkontaktfäche und-anzahl in statischer Okklusion ermittelt und gruppenspezifisch betrachtet.

Summary

The occlusal contacts of teeth in a dentition have been analysed metrically with the aid of a new method. The outstanding advantage of this method is offered by the fact that the contacts of teeth are registered immediately in the subject and then evaluated with the aid of the teleplanimetric measuring variant. From error computation it follows that the method leads to reproducible and largely objective results. In 84 subjects with an average age of 16.9±3.7 years the total contacting area and the number of contacts in static occlusion were determined and examined with respect to specific groups.

Résumé

On a analysé les contacts dentaires occlusaux, à l'aide d'une nouvelle méthode métrique. L'avantage principal de celle-ci est dû au fait que les contacts des dents sont enregistrés directement et puis qu'ils sont évalués, en utilisant une variante de mesure téléplanimétrique. Le calcul de l'erreur montre que la méthode mène à des résultats reproductibles et objectifs dans une large mesure. Chez 84 personnes âgées de 16,9±3,7 ans, on a déterminé l'ensemble des superficies de contact et leur nombre en occlusion statique et on les a considérés comme spécifiques des groupes.
