Der exakte Nachweis kieferorthopädischer Zahnbewegungen mittles der fotometrischen Vermessungsmethode

Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine Methode zu einer leicht durchführbaren fotometrischen Übertragung der Oberkiefermittellinie auf den Unterkiefer empfohlen. Die Raphemittellinie gründet sich auf zwei stets reproduzierbare Fixpunkte, dieC. W. Schwarze für Langzeifuntersuchungen verwendet. Durch die Möglichkeit, nun auch im Unterkiefer Fixpunkte zu besitzen gewinnen Positionsbestimmungen der Zähne des Unterkiefers die gleiche Bedeutung wie diejenigen des Oberkiefers. Dadurch wird es möglich, ein gestecktes Behandlungsziel nach Abschluß der Therapie zu verifizieren und die einzelnen Behandlungsgeräte hinsichtlich ihrer Tauglichkeit zu überprüfen. An Hand zweier Beispiele wird gezeigt, inwieweit das Behandlungsziel im Behandlungsergebnis seinen Niederschlag findet.

Summary

A method to more easily carry out the photometric reproduction of the supramaxillary median line to the mandible is being recommended. The raphe median line is based on two fixed points which are constantly reproducable, used byC. W. Schwarze for longterm examinations. Due to the fact that fixed points may now be traced on the mandible, determinations of the position of the lower teeth have gained equal importance with those of the maxilla. Thus, it will be possible to verify the aim of treatment after its completion and to check the efficiency of the various appliances used. It is illustrated by two examples in how far the aim of treatment is reflected in the result.

L'auteur recommande une méthode qui réalise plus facilement la reproduction photométrique de la ligne médiane du maxillaire sur la mâchoire inférieure. La ligne du raphé médian est reproductible par deux points fixes qu'emploieC.W. Schwarze pour des examens à long terme. La possibilité de tracer également des points fixes à la mandibule, permet de déterminer avec une égale importance, la position des dents inférieures. De ce faitil est loisible de vérifier le but de traitement, après cessation de la thérapeutique et de contrôler l'efficience des appareillages orthodontiques. Deux exemples illustrent si but et résultat de traitement concordent.
