Summary
The storage of anticoagulant Xylane sulfuric acid esters, as tested by the radioactivity of compounds containing S35, is of an extremely long duration. After three weeks the quantity found in the liver is the same as that found after 48 h. Additional dosage results in further accumulation. Heparin is no exception since it behaves as Xylane sulfuric acid ester of the same viscosity and sulfur content.

Nach osmotischen Messungen vonB. Pfannemüller liegt derKm-Wert bei 3·10−4. Die bei der 1. Mitteilung mit 6,2 berechneten Polymerisationsgrade sind also entsprechend umzurechnen.
