Zusammenfassung
Colchicin beeinflusst in antimitotischen und zytotoxischen Dosen die Poliomyelitisvirus-Ausbeute in Maitland-Kulturen von Rhesusaffen-Nieren nicht wesentlich. Die Einwirkung der Droge auf Phosphomonoesterasen, Ribonukleasen und Desoxyribonukleasen derselben Kulturen wird ebenfalls beschrieben.
