Möglichkeiten des Vergleiches an Fotostat- und Fernröntgenbildern bei kieferorthopädischen Operationen

Zusammenfassung

In der Kieferorthopädie und der Kieferchirurgie sind genormte Aufnahmetechniken bei Foto und Röntgen von Bedeutung, um prä- und postoperative Vergleiche objektiv darzustellen. Dies wurde bisher nur ungenügend berücksichtigt. Die Verbindung des Göttinger Fotostatverfahrens mit der speziell markierten Fernröntgenaufnahme eröffnet Möglichkeiten, in Verbindung mit der Modelloperation eine präoperative Aussage über das postoperative Aussehen der zu operierenden Patienten zu treffen.

Summary

In orthodontics and jaw surgery standardised photographic and radiographic recording techniques are essential for the objective assessment of pre-and post-treatment data. Up to now this has not been fully recognized. The combination of the Goettingen photostat procedure with the specially marked teleradiograph offers the possibility of obtaining, through model surgery, a pre-operative insight into the post-operative appearance of the patient.

En orthopédie et en chirurgie maxillo-faciale, il existe des prises de photographies et de radiographies normalisées qui permettent de faire des comparaisons pré- et post-opératoires. Celles-ci ont été insuffisamment employées jusqu'à présent. A Göttingen, le couplage appareil de photographie, appareil de radiologie en connexion avec les modèles d'opération permet de comparer l'aspect pré- et post-opératoire des patients à traiter.
