Zusammenfassung
An Schildkrötenherzen verstärkt eine Zugabe von Ca-Ionen, dienach Beginn des Aktionspotentials erfolgt, die bereits begonnene Kontraktion. Es wird daraus geschlossen, dass Ca-Ionen während derganzen Erregungsphase (und nicht nur zu deren Beginn) zwischen der elektrischen und der mechanischen Aktivität vermitteln.
