Abstract

The use of radioisotope-induced energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence technique for elemental analysis in solutions by the filter paper method has been investigated. The calibration has been found to be linear over the range studied. Non-uniformity of specimen, the precision and accuracy of the method have been examined. The minimum detectable amounts have also been determined.
