Chirurgische Behandlungsmöglichkeiten von Sekundärdeformierungen bei Spaltpatienten

Zusammenfassung

Die Publikation befaßt sich mit dem Problem der chirurgischen Behandlungsmöglichkeiten von Sekundärdeformierungen bei Spaltpatienten. Sie ist eine gekürzte Wiedergabe des am Koingreß in Mainz gehaltenen Vortrags. Da es sich um ein sehr umfangreiches Gebiet handelt. beschränk sich die Publikation einerseits auf die wesentlichen Prinzipien der Behandlungsplanung, andererseits auf die Darstellung der klassischen Anomalieformen und deren Behandlung. Diese typischen Sekundärdeformierungen sind jeweils an einem klassischen, Fallbeispiel demonstriert. Auf die Darstellung der Problematik und Behandlungsmethodik der Weichteile am Gaumen und der Lippe sowie der sekundären Nasendeformierungen muß in dieser Publikation verzichtet werden. Eine ausgiebige Schlußfolgerung, basierend auuf der Erfahrung in der Behandlung von sekundären Spaltdeformierungen, bildet den Schluß des Artikels.

Summary

The publication deals with the problem of surgical possibilities for treating patients with secondary cleft deformities. It is an abstract of a lecture given at the Congress of Mainz, West-Germany. Since the field is extensive, this publication is limited to the presentation of the essential principles of treatment planning on the one hand, and the explanation of the classical anomaly forms and their treatment on the other hand. Each of these typical secondary deformities is demonstrated by an example of a classical case.The breadth of the subject did not allow a discussion of the treatment of secondary cleft nasal deformities or soft tissue deformities of the lip and palate. A very detailed conclusion based on the experiences of treating secondary cleft deformities marks the end of the article.

Résumé

L'article s'occupe du problème des possibilités chirurgicales pour corriger des déformations secondaires chez des patients présentant des fentes labio-maxillaires. C'est un compte-rendu de l'exposé fait au Congrès de Mainz. Parce que ce domaine est très étendu, l'article se limite d'une part aux principles fondamentaux du plan de traitment, d'autre part à la description des formes classiques des anomalies. Ces déformations secondaires sobnt chaque démontrées en example typique. Dans cette publication, on a renoncé à exposer le problème et la méthode de traitement des tissus mous du palais et des lèvres, ainsi que des dèformations secondaires du nez. Une conclusion élaborée et basée sur l'expérience dans le traitement des déformations secondaires de ces fentes constitue la fin de l'article.
