Die Bewertung von Milch- und bleibenden Zähnen für die Versorgung mit Kronen und Brückenersatz

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Bewertung von Milch- und bleibenden Zähnen berichtet, sowie über deren Versorgung mit prothetischen Maßnahmen. Für das Milchgebiß wird im allgemeinen eine provisorische prothetische Maßnahme notwendig werden, für das bleibende Gebiß muß für die Versorgung mit Zahnersatz-speziell mit festem-das Kieferwachstum und die Größe der Pulpa berücksichtigt werden.

Summary

This report deals with the use of prosthetic appliances in the deciduous and permanent dentitions. In the case of the deciduous dentition any prosthetic applicance would be temporary but in the permanent dentition they should preferably be fixed prostheses, taking into account the growth of the jaws and the volume of the dental pulp.

Le rapport évalue dents temporaires et dents permanentes en vue de restaurations prothétiques. En règle générale on optera pour des mesures prothétiques provisoires pour les dents lactéales alors que pour la denture permanente on penchera pour des prothèses dentaires, tout spécialement pour des fixes, mais en tenant compte de la croissance des maxillaires et du volume de la pulpe dentaire.
