Zusammenfassung
Es wurden 523 Seren verschiedener Altersklassen im Hämagglutinationshemmungstest mit Sendai-, CA-, HA 1- und zum Teil auch Mumps-virus untersucht. Insgesamt fanden sich hämagglutinationshemmende Antikörper gegen Sendaivirus in 55%, gegen CA-Virus in 41% und gegen HA 1-Virus in 82% der Fälle. Die Mehrzahl der Infektionen erfolgte im Kindesalter. Was die Titerhöhe anbetrifft, so wurden mit dem Sendai- und vor allem mit dem CA-Virus nur vereinzelt (in 1,6% bzw. 0,2%) Werte über 1∶80 festgestellt, während der Anteil höherer Titer bei den Seren mit HA 1-Antikörpern (mit 10,5%) etwas größer war. Die mittleren geometrischen Antikörpertiter gegen CA-Virus waren die niedrigsten, die gegen HA 1-Virus die höchsten. Die Berechnung der Korrelationen zwischen den Antikörpertitern gegen die Parainfiuenzaviren und das Mumpsvirus ergab für die Beziehungen zwischen Sendai- und HA 1-Virus bzw. Mumps- und Sendaivirus die häufigsten signifikanten Werte. Abschließend werden die Befunde insbesondere unter dem Blickwinkel der antigenen Verwandtschaften der genannten Erreger und der Durch-seuchung der Bevölkerung mit diesen Viren diskutiert.
