Zusammenfassung
Es wurden 14 Stämme sporenfreier Anaerobier auf ihre Empfindlichkeit gegen Novobiocin getestet.
FÜr 5 Stämme vonFusobacterium nucleatum wurden Hemmungskonzentrationen von 5–20γ/ml ermittelt.
Zwei Stämme vonSphaerophorus sp. wurden durch 5γ bzw. 10γ/ml gehemmt.
Von 6 Stämmen desTreponema microdentium erwiesen sich fÜnf mit Hemmungskonzentrationen von 2.5–10γ/ml als empfindlich; ein Stamm war völlig resistent ( 100γ/ml) gegen Novobiocin.
Der Reiter-Stamm desT. pallidum besitzt eine etwas geringere Empfindlichkeit (15γ/ml) als die oralen Treponemen.
Durch Novobiocin in subletalen Konzentrationen wird in vitro beiTreponema undSphaerophorus die natÜrliche Neigung zur Pleomorphie erheblich verstärkt.
