Zusammenfassung
Untersucht wurde der Einflu\ von Über- und subbakteriostatischen Konzentrationen von Penicillin und Neomycin auf die Aktivität der sauren und der alkalischen Phosphatase eines sensiblen und eines sehr resistenten Stammes von M. pyogenes var. aureus unter quantitativen Gesichtspunkten sowohl mit Colamin-Phenolphthaleinphosphat als auch mit p-Nitrophenyl-Dinatriumphosphat als Substrat.
Die Aktivität der alkalischen Phosphatase wird durch beide Antibiotica weder in Über- noch in subbakteriostatischen Konzentrationen unter den Versuchsbedingungen vermindert. Ebenso hat Penicillin auf die saure Phosphatase des sensiblen Stammes keinen Einflu\, während Neomycin in Überbakteriostatischen und etwas weniger in subbakteriostatischen Konzentrationen die saure Phosphatase desselben sensiblen Stammes hemmt. Sehr deutlich ist dagegen die Hemmung der sauren Phosphatase des resistenten Stammes durch Penicillin und Neomycin sowohl in Über- als auch in subbakteriostatischen Konzentrationen bei Verwendung von beiden Substraten.
