Zusammenfassung
Es wird Über experimentelle Untersuchungen Über den Einflu\ von Nucleinsäuren auf die Bildung von Coagulase berichtet. Zellfreie Extrakte von pathogenen Staphylokokken konnten durch die Verdauung der Desoxyribosenucleinsäuren mit Desoxyribonuklease so verändert werden, da\ keine Bildung von Coagulase mehr möglich war. Der durch die Desoxyribonuklease gesetzte Schaden konnte durch die nachträgliche Zugabe von Nucleinsäuregemisch und angereicherten Desoxyribosenucleinsäuren repariert und in bestimmten Konzentrationen Überkompensiert werden. Die Zugabe von Ribosenucleinsäuren hemmt die Bildung von Coagulase. Die Ursache der Hemmung der Coagulasebildung durch die Ribosenucleinsäuren wird diskutiert.
