Zusammenfassung

Eine neue Methode der Extrahierung von «Antifertilizin» aus den Samenzellen von Seeigeln,Paracentrotus lividus undArbacia lixula, wurde beschrieben. Der Extrakt zeigte folgende Wirkungen: Neutralisierung des Fertilizins, nicht umkehrbare Agglutinierung der Samenfäden und der Eier bei beiden Seeigelarten.
